The survey shows that graduates from the three highest-paying disciplines are all computer-related. Topping the list are Bachelor of Computing (Computer Science) graduates from the National University of Singapore, with a median monthly gross salary of S$6,600 and an employment rate of 96.8%. In second place are graduates of the double degree programme in Business and Computer Engineering / Computer Science at Nanyang Technological University, who achieve a median monthly salary of S$6,500 and a 100% employment rate. Graduates of Computer Engineering under the Faculty of Engineering at the National University of Singapore rank third, with a median monthly salary of S$6,000 and an employment rate of approximately 95%.

Engineering graduates record the largest rise in monthly starting salaries

Engineering graduates saw the most substantial growth in median monthly salaries, rising from S$3,900 in 2021 to S$4,600 last year, representing an increase of nearly 18%.

89% of graduates from Yale-NUS College secured employment within six months after graduation last year, with an overall median monthly salary of S$5,000. Among them, honours graduates of the Bachelor of Science programme had the highest starting median salary at S$6,038, and their employment rate exceeded 96%.

Among Nanyang Technological University graduates, in addition to the 100% employment rate for the Business and Computer Engineering / Computer Science double degree cohort, graduates from the double degree in Engineering and Economics, Sports Science and Management, Biomedical Sciences and Chinese Medicine also all landed jobs within six months of graduation.
